Refund policy

Inkwell CV sells instant digital access, and you can try every template and fill in your whole CV before paying. Because of that, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. We do refund when the product doesn't work.

When you'll get a refund

• Your PDF or Word download fails, or the file won't open, and we can't fix it for you within 5 business days.
• A file is faulty: for example, text is missing or the layout is broken compared with the preview.
• You were charged twice, or charged for something you didn't receive.

How to ask

Email support@inkwellcv.com within 14 days of purchase with the email you paid with and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit your rights under consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Australian Consumer Law. If those laws entitle you to a remedy, you'll get it.
