Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Inkwell CV (the website and its CV templates). Inkwell CV is operated by Bitcloudops Ltd, based in New Zealand. By using the site or buying access, you agree to them.

What you're buying

A one-off payment of US$15 gives one person 30 days of access to all templates, PDF and Word downloads, and AI import. Access doesn't renew. Files you download are yours to keep.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax, receipts and order-related customer service such as returns.

How you can use the templates

You may use the templates to create CVs and résumés for yourself, and edit the files as much as you like. You may not resell, share or redistribute the templates themselves, or use them to offer a competing template or CV-writing product.

Your content

You own everything you write. You're responsible for making sure your CV is accurate. If you use AI import, check the result: it can make mistakes.

No guarantee of outcomes

We can't promise that using Inkwell CV will get you an interview or a job.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer law that can't be excluded. If you buy for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act doesn't apply.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Questions: support@inkwellcv.com.
